Heart Meditation

These daytime and evening Heart meditations presently run 2 times per week in Launceston and can be attended by anyone.

The Heart Meditations are a gentle introduction to our spiritual Heart. The heart, often referred to in spiritual and religious writings, is our centre of calmness, our centre of feeling.

With the assistance of the Heart many experience meditation as very enjoyable, accessible, down-to-earth & easily achievable.

Meditation sessions are held weekly:

Tuesday at 1:00 pm and Friday at 5:30 pm

The meditations are being held at Berkana in Launceston. They also take place in Hobart (Ph. 03 6231 9669) and Melbourne (Ph. 0425 747435).

What is involved on the day?

The meditations go for 45 min to 1 hour. Their format is:

  •  - Welcome & seated, brief relaxation
  •  - Simple Heart Meditation (or guiding into the Heart)
  •  - Open Heart Meditation and prayer ... to assist the healing & opening of our hearts; and sometimes
  •  - Additional practices for our Hearts
